What Is Mobility Training?

Mobility training is an extension of the work we do with sports massage. While Ryan and Matt come from different training backgrounds what they have in common is their love for movement and the joy to share it with others. Mobility training is  flexibility while strengthening the connective tissue around the joints at various degrees.  We also have realized that people are intimidated to move in a new way. Our goal is to teach a fun class and break movements down in a way that is easy to learn and gives you room to grow. Mobility training can be done daily anywhere anytime. We now teach individuals, classes, and sports teams how to adopt these principals.
