RPR Experience
September 6, 2017
This last April I went back down south where my career started to visit friends, mentors, and old clients. On my way down my good friend Chad Pearson who is a Strength and Conditioning Coach had just relocated from Minnesota to Chattanooga.  While I was visiting he asked to try something new on me called RPR which stands for Reflexive Performance Reset. I didn't know what to expect but the results were more drastic and confusing than I'd expected so when I returned home from my trip I immediately planned my next trip up to Minnesota to learn about this technique.Â
Â
After my first trip to Minneapolis I tested it out on family, friends, and a few trusted clients. It wasn't until my second trip that I decided to roll out a 2 week experiment. I posted on our social media that I would take 15 people who wanted to try RPR, I ended up taking 21 people. Here are a few highlights of the experience.Â

Since the experiment I'm still working on improving the outcomes everyday and have learned a massive amount along the way. The biggest obstacle I came across was timing. To complete RPR and troubleshoot any pain areas along the way more time is required so it will only be available for 1.5 hour sessions.
