RPR Experience

September 6, 2017

This last April I went back down south where my career started to visit friends, mentors, and old clients. On my way down my good friend Chad Pearson who is a Strength and Conditioning Coach had just relocated from Minnesota to Chattanooga.  While I was visiting he asked to try something new on me called RPR which stands for Reflexive Performance Reset. I didn't know what to expect but the results were more drastic and confusing than I'd expected so when I returned home from my trip I immediately planned my next trip up to Minnesota to learn about this technique.

After my first trip to Minneapolis I tested it out on family, friends, and a few trusted clients. It wasn't until my second trip that I decided to roll out a 2 week experiment. I posted on our social media that I would take 15 people who wanted to try RPR, I ended up taking 21 people. Here are a few highlights of the experience.

Maximum hip extension before and after

Since the experiment I'm still working on improving the outcomes everyday and have learned a massive amount along the way. The biggest obstacle I came across was timing. To complete RPR and troubleshoot any pain areas along the way more time is required so it will only be available for 1.5 hour sessions. If you are interested and would like to book a session please visit our website or email
